Grifter or Gipper?

Is Trump a grifter? Was Ronald Reagan a Gipper? According to the dictionary, a grifter is basically a conman. The term “Gipper” came from Ronald Reagan’s short-term acting career when he plays a football star from the 1920’s. So far into Trump's presidency, there's been more mischief and golf than actual change. Although Ronald Reagan wasn't the coolest of presidents, the scandals under his control were less scandalous. In this article,   Reagan was the Gipper. Trump is the grifter. , written by Max Boot, he evaluates some of the problems under Ragans control and some under Trump's circus ring. I think the writer did a good job of assessing issues they've both experienced under their administration. D A C A Say What? This past year, a threat to DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, has hit the press with the possible threat of rescinding. This would mean a large number of children and adults could be deported. DACA was established by Barack Obama in June of 2012 with plans to revise DACA requirements so that other illegal immigrants can also be covered. Texas has a very large amount of DACA recipients and a number of them are not only students but teachers as well.
